Other popular water activities in Hawaii include surfing, including body surfing, stand-up paddleboarding and splashing around. On Kauai you can paddle a boat or a larger kayak, but no equipment or money is required to enjoy the sun. There are several possibilities to paddle on Flat Island, paddle to the Mokulua Islands or paddle on the Kilauea Islands.

Maui sport fishing is free if you catch a marlin weighing 500 lbs or more and you get to keep all the fish you caught.
